Upload Policy
We want this community to be as free as possible in sharing ideas with others. However we do have a few ground rules that we ask you to keep in mind. These especially relate to copyrights and keeping Zoybar appropriate for the general public. Users of Zoybar are responsible for making sure their content complies with this Content Policy. Please read our full upload content policy.

Copyrights
Please upload only your own original work or work that is freely available through a Creative Commons license. Be as elaborate as you can, describe the process, materials musicality, design, and engineering features, the more the better. Don’t forget to give credits for those who lend a hand or participated in the project. ALL ENTRANTS WILL PRESERVE THEIR COPYRIGHTS!

On the Zoybar community website you can upload your 3D file creation and share it with others. Please do not infringe other people's intellectual property rights. (Intellectual property rights means copyright, patent, registered design, design right, trade mark, trade secret.) We highly recommend using a Creative Commons attribution license on your work. If a person does not clearly give you the right to use their design, invention, logo, text, slogan etc. then you do not have the right to use it.

Content
As much as we want to keep this community as free as possible there is some regulation on content that could be interpreted by others as inappropriate for the general public. Examples of content that is prohibited and will be removed:

• Content that may infringe on the rights of a third a party;
• Content that contains hate speech in any form;
• Content that contains nudity that is not artistic in nature;
• Content that exploits images or the likeness of minors;
• Content that depicts violence, is obscene, abusive, fraudulent or threatening;
• Material that is generally offensive or in bad taste, as determined by Zoybar.

The list outlined above is not as an exhaustive list of prohibited material but rather a general guideline for you to follow.

Commenting & posting on the site
Racism, prejudice or hate speech in any shape or form will not, ever be tolerated by us.
We would like to encourage collaboration and creativity. When commenting on someone's model please try to be kind and constructive. Every design is a result of numerous working hours. There should be room for criticism but a good comment should be also constructive and encouraging on a level that should improve the work. Diminishing someone else's work as an outline is a waste of time and energy to both sides.

Consequences
If Any content does not comply with this Content Policy it will be removed from the site. In case of repeated gross misconduct, Zoybar reserves the right to close a user account or to even ban a particular person from the site altogether.

Notice take down
In order to cooperate with and protect intellectual property right owners, we implemented the following notice take down system. In case you find content on the Zoybar community website which you think is inappropriate, might infringe your intellectual property right or does not comply with our content policy, please notify us.
In the email please indicate the allegedly infringing content, a statement on why you believe that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright holder and some identifying information about you. We will investigate the reported content and decide whether, according to Zoybar, the claim is deemed to be valid and the content needs to be removed.
